These four men above are certainly happy to win their freedom. But why are
we happy, when their ordeals prove our justice system really does not work for
innocent prisoners? Broken, is the description when a person can be held hostage in our prisons for decades before our justice system gets it right and sets an innocent person free. Meanwhile, real perpetrators continue to walk the streets.

get exonerated for crimes these men did not commit. California Clemency, once law, would only take 30 days to release the innocent in similar predicaments.
